Is there parking at your studio?
Yes, there’s free on-site parking. You won’t need to worry about walking far with little ones, buggies or bags.
Do you have facilities for changing and feeding?
Yes - my Cranleigh studio includes a private changing room, a cosy feeding area, and space for outfit changes during longer sessions. There are bathrooms a short walk from the studio and I have a selection of aesthetic books and toys for your little ones to enjoy. I want you and your little ones to feel relaxed and completely at home.
Can we grab a coffee or snack nearby?
Yes! There’s a lovely café on-site, serving fresh coffee, delicious cakes and light bites. It’s a perfect place to unwind before or after your session (and little ones always enjoy the treats!).
What should we wear for our photoshoot?
You’ll receive a detailed styling guide and access to my client wardrobe with beautiful, timeless options for mums, babies and little ones. Soft, neutral tones and comfortable fabrics photograph best and create a cohesive, timeless and natural look.
Can we bring outfit changes, pets, or additional family members to the Keepsake mini-session?
Because Keepsake mini-sessions are designed to be short and simple (just 20 minutes), there’s not enough time for outfit changes, pets, or extended family participation.
These sessions are ideal for capturing one look, one milestone, or one focus - such as a baby’s first birthday or updated family portrait.
For maternity Keepsake sessions, these are for mums only, ensuring we can focus on you and your bump without feeling rushed.
If you’d love to include your partner or children, I recommend upgrading to the Heirloom Session for more time and flexibility.
Can siblings and parents be included in the photos?
Absolutely. I always encourage family involvement - partners, siblings, and even grandparents or pets can join all sessions except for Keepsake Sessions. The result is genuine, love-filled imagery that tells your family’s story.
What is a Seasonal Keepsake Mini Session and when do you have these?
A Seasonal Keepsake Mini Session is a short, themed 20-minute photoshoot designed to celebrate special times of year - such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter, Autumn, and Back-to-School.
Each session is beautifully styled with seasonal backdrops and props, perfect for creating joyful, natural portraits or thoughtful gifts for grandparents.
Because these are short and focused, there’s no time for outfit changes, pets, or extended family, and maternity mini sessions are for mums only.

When is the best time to book a maternity photoshoot?
The best time for maternity photos is between 30–36 weeks, when your bump is beautifully round but you’re still comfortable. Every pregnancy is unique - I’ll work with you to find the right timing for your session.
How old should my baby be for a newborn session?
Newborn sessions are ideally held within the first 2–3 weeks after birth, when babies are still very sleepy and curled up. If your baby is a little older, don’t worry - we’ll adapt the session to capture more natural, interactive moments.
Is travel included if we choose an outdoor or at-home session?
Yes- travel is included for all sessions within Cranleigh and the surrounding Surrey Hills area. For sessions further afield, a small travel fee may apply. I’ll confirm this during your consultation.
When will we receive our photos?
You’ll usually receive your online gallery within 3–4 weeks of your session. From there, you can choose your favourite images and easily upgrade to your full gallery or add fine art prints and albums.
During peak season, delivery time may be extended.
Do you offer albums or printed artwork?
Yes - I offer a range of handcrafted albums, framed wall art and fine art prints, all made using professional archival materials to preserve your family’s memories for generations.
