The Profile Session is a short, focused headshot session held in my countryside studio in Cranleigh, designed for those who need modern, editorial-style portraits without the formality.
We’ll capture a variety of looks and expressions that show your confidence and personality - perfect for updating your LinkedIn, business profiles, or website bio.

- Personalised pre-shoot and posing guide to help you prepare with ease
- 20-minute session in my light-filled countryside studio near Cranleigh

We’ll begin with a creative consultation to discuss your goals, mood, and style - ensuring your images align beautifully with your brand identity.
Sessions can take place at your workplace, on location, or in my Cranleigh studio.

Is there parking at your studio?
Yes, there’s free on-site parking. You won’t need to worry about walking far with little ones, buggies or bags.
Do you have facilities for changing and feeding?
Yes - my Cranleigh studio includes a private changing room. There are bathrooms a short walk from the studio. I want you and your team to feel relaxed and completely at home.
Can we grab a coffee or snack nearby?
Yes! There’s a lovely café on-site, serving fresh coffee, delicious cakes and light bites. It’s a perfect place to unwind before or after your session.
What should we wear for our photoshoot?
You’ll receive a detailed styling guide pre-shoot once we've nailed your creative concept.
What types of corporate photography do you offer?
I provide headshots, team portraits, personal branding, corporate events, and lifestyle content for businesses and professionals. Each session is fully tailored to your brand story and visual identity.
Where do branding sessions take place?
Sessions can take place in my Cranleigh studio or on location - at your office, workspace, or an outdoor setting that suits your brand personality. Travel within Surrey is included, and I’m happy to quote for locations further afield.
How should we prepare for our shoot?
We’ll begin with a 60-minute consultation and creative brief to plan your styling, colours, and shot list. You’ll also receive a pre-shoot concept board to help everyone feel confident and prepared.
How many people can be photographed in one day?
For corporate headshots, up to 12 people can be photographed in a full day. For larger teams or events, additional time can be arranged - I’ll always work around your schedule and needs.
Do you provide retouching?
Yes, all final images are professionally edited and hand-finished to ensure a polished, natural result. My goal is to help you look confident, approachable and authentic - not over-edited.
Can you match our company’s visual style or branding guidelines?
Absolutely. I work closely with your team or marketing lead to ensure the lighting, colour palette and tone fit seamlessly with your existing brand identity and website design.
When will we receive our photos?
Final, high-resolution images are typically delivered within 10 - 15 working days after your session via an online gallery, ready for web and print use.
Do you cover corporate events and conferences?
Yes. I photograph corporate events, community days, launches, and conferences across Surrey and surrounding counties. These sessions capture natural, storytelling imagery that reflects the atmosphere and energy of your event.
